POSITION:  Local Truck Driver (Home every night!)

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Operate truck and trailer in a safe and orderly manner.
• Observe safe driving procedures and best practices.
• Observe current interstate and highway laws and regulations.
• Observe weight limits on interstate and local highways.
• Perform daily driver inspection and document on a DVIR form if something is discovered.
• Report any accidents or injuries immediately! Fill out TWP’s Driver’s Accident report!
• Accurately complete your Driver’s Daily Trip Worksheet, and Driver’s Time Record as instructed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalency thereof.
• Must possess a current Nebraska, class A-CDL license.
• Time management skills are a must!
• Must be physically capable of doing Level 4: Heavy Work - exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly.
• Successfully complete a background check!

JOB LOCATION & WORK SCHEDULE:

• Ashland, Nebraska
• Monday through Friday
• 6:00 am to 4:00 pm

REPORTS TO:  Production Manager or GM

SALARY:  Negotiable: Depending on experience. Full time with benefits!
